Caller ID
Receive caller ID (the phone number and name) in real time. Collect a database of people who call your toll-free number.

Custom Routing
Spend time on the phone more productively with real and potential customers by blocking certain numbers or areas from getting through to you. Calls can be blocked according to state, area code, area code and prefix, or area code, prefix and number.

Location Specific Logins
Master logins, with which you will be able to utilize and change all the Kall8 features.  Location-specific logins, with which you will only be able to view Call Detail for the locations specified for that login.

Voice Mail 
Send your calls to voice mail and receive the voice messages in a .wav file in your email.

Fax
Forward your toll-free number to your fax machine or, better yet, send it to your voice mail/fax system and receive your faxes directly by email.

Account Tracking
Track the activity on your account easily and quickly. View call detail in real-time - over the last 24 hours, historically, or by specific time frame.

Affordable
Standard Kall8 numbers are only $2 to set up and $2 per month for account maintenance, and just 6.9¢ a minute. Volume contract rates are also available.
